Our agritourism, is located in the centre of the Tuscan countryside at around 15 km from Siena away; we offer comfortable apartments rebuilt in a private and secluded hamlet dating back to XIII century, located alongside an enchanting wooded slope and a panoramic swimming pool. The Selva Estate is part of a naturalistic habitat of great interest separating and linking the Arbia valley with its Francigena – the route that led emperors, merchants and pilgrims towards Rome – and the Merse valley with its sea route leading to the grasslands and ports of Grosseto and the Maremma area. We are a perfect choice to spend a relaxing holiday among meadows and woodlands. Historical towns and colourful villages are located at short distance by car. Panoramic Pool
At the guests’ service there is a panoramic swimming pool of 70 square metres, amazing view for your relaxing moments. Deck chairs and sunshades are at free disposal.

Each apartment has a new kitchen with induction stove and all the necessary to cook.

Thus place is a hidden gem, pristine pool, wonderful surroundings and nature on your door step (foxes, wild boar, deer, fireflies, lizards).
The best part about this particular stay is the terrace upstairs, sun all day but also a shady spot if you wish and the views of the Tuscan countryside are breathtaking.
The hosts are wonderful people and always at hand for any of your needs.

Paesaggi mozzafiato! Una vera selva ma con tutti i confort per soggiornare comodi dentro ad un ambiente incontaminato! Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio “cena a domicilio ” e abbiamo mangiato e bevuto tutto a km zero piatti della cucina locale deliziosi. Lo consiglio vivamente se si vuole passare del tempo in relax , ci torneremo per provare la piscina con la zona per grigliare. L’oste molto disponibile , ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per luoghi da visitare e posti caratteristici della zona.
