Our olive oil

Our olive grove extends over 12 hectares, with 2800 olive trees. There is a long tradition in the cultivation of the olive trees, which dates back to immemorial times, thanks to the favourable combination of three key aspects: poor and stony soil, 300 metres asl, exposure of our sunny and breezy hills which makes a low acidity and an high level of polyphenols and peroxide.

Production

The olives are hand harvested and milled within 24/48 hours at low temperature, just to preserve as much as possible all the organoleptic and healthy characteristics.

Tasting

Each week it will be offered our oil tasting to the agritourism’s guests, with some bread-dipping and some wine glasses. In each apartment you will find a little bottle of our oil, offered by the agritourism.
