Cooking class

Bring back home a nice cooking experience to keep as a nice souvenir!

Pasta is one of the most loved specialities of the italian gastronomy.

You will learn how to make tagliatelle, gnocchi and pici: preparing the daugh and roll it out by hand is exciting. Pici, a long kind of pasta, have a long etruscan tradition (typical of border areas among Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria), it’s worth to see and try to make them.

You will certainly learn how to prepare seasoning that match with each type of pasta and make everything ready to taste them all together!

Do you wish to make and cook other italian specialities? We will be pleased to meet your requests.
